Returns Policy

It is our goal to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, but we know that sometimes things happen and you will need to return an item. Please carefully inspect your item(s) upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help! Please note that once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel it. 

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Please read our Returns Policy below:

Returns Policy

  • Merchandise may be returned for store credit if received within 30 days from the order date. Credit will be applied for the amount of the item, not for any shipping and handling charges. 
  • Sale Items - All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for store credit or size exchanges. 
  • Orders that have a discount of 30% or more are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
  • Jewelry, self tanner, and all beauty products are final sale.

Returning Items 

  •  Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for returned items. 
  • Please retain your tracking number, as we are not liable for items lost in transit to us. 
  • Original shipping fees are not eligible for store credit 
  • Returned items should include original tags, be unworn and unwashed to be considered for return. Items should be free of deodorant, perfume, and stains or they will not be accepted.

Return Processing Timeline 

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for returns to be processed once we receive them. 
  • You will receive an email with confirmation that your order has been processed for return. 
  • We do not send email confirmation when we receive your item, only once your return has been processed. 
  • We will include your Store Credit code in this email. Please be sure to keep this number to use when you are ready to shop again!
