Shipping Policy
Please note that orders might be delayed due to the impact of COVID-19. Shipping delays are also likely to occur during the holiday season. UPS and USPS holiday shipping guides are available on their respective websites.
Orders are not able to be modified or canceled after checkout.
Processing Time
Orders placed after 2 PM CT on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday, given it is not a holiday. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders received by 12 PM CT will ship same day, given order is placed on a weekday.
Shipping Rates
Standard USPS shipping rates begin at $3.46 and take between 2-3 days for delivery. USPS Priority Mail rates begin at $7.42 and take between 1-2 days for delivery. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional costs and are not the responsibility of KP and Me Boutique once they leave our facility. Shipments occur only on weekdays.
Free shipping is offered on all orders over $50 within the continental United States.
Please note:
- KP and Me Boutique is not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times and we cannot be held liable for USPS or UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS or UPS directly. We are not able to refund additional shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible for any returned packages.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking information to show. Feel free to contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed
- All shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered.
